The Prep Partners Group story begins with a relationship formed between the partners while students at St. John’s Preparatory High School in Danvers, MA. While each partner pursued separate careers the relationship between them continued. Now with the formation of Prep Partners Group the relationship has grown into a partnership leveraging decades of combined executive and operational experience.

Tony Polimeno, Founder & CEO

As a founding partner of Prep Partners Group, Tony serves as Chief Executive Officer and leads all real-estate matters for the organization. Tony professionally served Medical Information Technology, Inc. in Westwood, MA for 25 years in all aspects of its massive real estate portfolio. As the Executive Director of Operations and Administration, Tony led a large general and administrative organization while simultaneously developing and managing over 1.2 million square feet of Class A corporate real-estate in Massachusetts, Georgia and Minnesota. Tony graduated from the University of Miami, BA in 1997 and Curry College, MBA in 2011.

Luke Howarth, Founder & CBDO

As Chief Business Development Officer Luke brings 25 years of sales, leadership and entrepreneurship experience spanning multiple industries to Prep Partners Group. After running a technology company for 8 years, Luke has started consulting and launching small technology and consumer packaged goods companies. Over the last 3.5 years Luke has led capital raises aggregating over $10+ million for entrepreneurial ventures. Graduated from Boston College, BA in 1998.

Brian Healey, Founder & COO

Brian has 25 years of 3PL and warehousing industry experience. Prior to founding Prep Partners, Brian was Vice President of Operations at a Logistics and Fulfillment company where he managed $40 million of profitable business. Brian has extensive experience in all phases of fulfillment & logistics operations including facility management, inventory management, data analytics, business development, strategic planning, resource management, and customer service. Graduated from Salem State University, BA in 1997.

Management

Neil Mahoney, Vice President of Operations

Neil has worked in the 3PL/Warehousing for 26 years serving in various roles including Vice President of Operations, Estimating, Purchasing, and Client Service Relations.  His expertise comes in data analytics and process improvement with a specialization in project and inventory management.  Neil is Six Sigma trained and has implemented that foundation into the Prep Partners culture.  Graduated from the University of New Hampshire, BS in 1994.
